We would like to remind you that you have 30 calendar days per year, known as “courtesy days”, during which you cannot be notified. These only apply to notifications from the Tax Agency, not from other authorities. If your business closes for the Christmas holidays, it is advisable to request these days —provided you still have some available— via the AEAT electronic office using your digital signature, as explained below. Please remember that you always have a period of 10 calendar days to open notifications from the Tax Agency.
We are sending you the process to complete it with your digital signature, along with other relevant aspects:
→ This system applies to taxpayers who are included in the enabled electronic address system.
→ A maximum of 30 calendar days per calendar year is allowed. These days may be freely chosen, without the need to group a minimum number of them. We kindly ask you to review any unused days from 2025. We also remind you that you will have 30 calendar days available from 1 January 2026, should you wish to request them for the remainder of the Christmas holidays.
→ They must be requested at least seven calendar days before the first day on which they are to take effect.
→ They may be modified by submitting an express request, cancelling the initially chosen period, subject to the same limits regarding the maximum number of annual days per taxpayer and the minimum advance notice indicated above.
→ Any delay in notification resulting from selecting days on which no notifications will be placed in the enabled electronic address will be considered a delay not attributable to the Administration.
→ The designation of these days will only affect notifications that could have been made on the selected days. Under no circumstances will these days be deducted from the time limits for notifications received prior to the first of the selected days.
→ You can set the days using your digital signature through the following link: https://www.agenciatributaria.gob.es/AEAT.sede/tramitacion/ZN01.shtml
Specifically, you must select the third option in the list: “Request for days during which no notifications will be placed in the Enabled Electronic Address”. A calendar will then appear, allowing you to select the days on which you do not wish to receive electronic notifications.
For any clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us — we remain at your disposal, as always.
